Marcin S. has been imprisoning a 4- and 5-year-old in Elbląg for over a year.  He kidnapped children in Germany, when his mother - Kamila Stefanowicz - was treating lymphoma cancer there.  Breaking the law established by the courts in Gdańsk in Poland allows him to work remotely for the Afghan travel portal Ariana Travel Ltd. and Afgan airlines.

The nightmare of imprisoned children was the first to publicize Polsat television in the program "Interwencje".

Last week, we revealed that children - 4-year-old Dominik and 5-year-old Wiktor - were kidnapped in Elbląg by their hateful father over a year ago, on August 15, 2020.  Although both the Gdańsk Południe District Court and the District Court in Gdańsk (Marcin S. and Kamila Stefanowicz's divorce proceedings are pending here) have issued decisions that he should immediately give the children back to their mother!

But he does not, because he is supported in this lawlessness by a lawyer from Gdynia, Aleksandra Steller-Gil.  She is aware that the Gdańsk courts have issued decisions ordering him to return the children immediately.  And yet this lawyer mocks the Polish Justice System!

How is it possible that Marcin S., sitting locked with children and fenced with an electronic fence in an apartment in Elbląg, has been able to finance this inhuman madness for over a year and still pay for a lawyer?

It turns out that it is possible for him to work remotely for Afghans!

- "Marcin S. works remotely for an internet travel platform called Ariana Travel Ltd. It was created by Afghans living in London and also serving the Afghan airline ARIANA" - says the mother of the children.

- "Marcin S. works for them remotely as an IT specialist. He gets money in the amount of PLN 10,000 every month. It is not known, but certainly not on the account. This enables him to imprison the children who have been sentenced to me illegally by neighbor, a mother and sisters who do not have their children. Because the Afghans' money is enough for all of them to harm and isolate my children and to break Polish law "- adds Kamila.

Last week, we asked Marcin S. questions about his cooperation with Afghan bosses in London, which enables him to act to the detriment of the mother and the children themselves.  But he didn't answer any of the questions.

- "He has a very good relationship with these Afghans. It's about men named Hamid Rahimi and Yasir Ahmad. It is very possible that he informed them of the polish journalists' interest in this matter. And they gave him permission to keep my children imprisoned in Poland. For their money "- adds the mother.

Kamila Stefanowicz lost her children when, a year ago, she was treated for cancer of lymphoma in Bavaria, Germany.  Marcin S. then packed the boys into the car and took them to Poland, leaving the woman alone in the disease.

- "He drinks a lot, mainly spirits. He once boasted to me that as an IT specialist he can delete the entire Ariana Travel Limited portal with one click. He does not even respect those he works for" - says Kamila.

The woman, having failed to receive effective, practical help from the Gdańsk judiciary to recover the children refused by Marcin S., turned to Krzysztof Rutkowski, (owner of the most famous detective agency in Europe), for help.

- "I have heard many times how, according to the law, she helps mothers regain their children in a situation where the police, prosecutor's office and courts prove to be helpless. And this is the case in my case," says Kamila Stefanowicz.
